Young Vilas is an immigrant to the city of Mumbai. Detached from his habitat, Vilas gets dumped in the city as a construction site worker. Here, he gets infatuated towards a girl named Babita and becomes a mute witness of the events in her life. As the life of Babita unfolds, Vilas journeys through deeper, darker and nightmarish world hidden beneath the glitters of the city. This is a story of exploitation of aspirations of the young immigrants. The film is a multi-layered description of emotional and social dislocation of a young man.
