Iggy is a jerk. A Youtube prankster who takes pleasure in other people's pain and embarrassment. But when Iggy suddenly dies and is sent to her version of purgatory - a seedy hotel filled with other dead "jerks" - she gets a taste of her own medicine by being forced to haunt the jerks that still walk amongst the living. If Iggy is to find redemption and escape this personal hell, she must come to terms with a harsh reality - the only way back to earth, is to kill a jerk.
