Bad Decisions
Máximo, an about 50-year-old Dominican man, must harshly fight in New York City to get the money for the medical treatment of his wife who is dying of cancer in Dominican Republic. Given his dire circumstances, he is left with no option but to turn to a childhood friend of him, a drug dealer, so as to ask him for a loan. This friend lends him the money and when Máximo is on his way to cover the medical debt he encounters some criminals who lure him into selling gold, he agrees and buys it in the hope to raise money for the treatment of his wife. Now, Máximo is challenged to recoup the amount of money at all cost.
