Kevin and Jeff moved form New York City to Lis Angeles California for a new life. Jeff, an aspiring writer, begins to lose himself in the glamour of L.A. Constantly frustrating Kevin with flakiness and practical Jokes, Kevin finally decides to get even, enlisting his Sorta-Girlfriend actress, Sarah in his scheme. They convince Jeff that he got his dream writing, and in his excitement, Jeff blows all of his savings on a big celebration party, leaving Kevin in an awkward position.
