The Trial of Jack the Ripper, was a TV Special, shown on the Discovery Channel, in 2002, the programme focused on four well known Ripper suspects - Francis Tumblety, Sir William Gull, James Maybrick and Aaron Kosminski, the cases were put forward for all four Ripper suspects, some well known Ripperologists, appeared on the programme, there was also a studio audience (of 100 people), who voted for who they thought was most likely to have been Jack the Ripper, the viewers watching at home, were able to ring in to the programme, and ask questions, and also vote for who they thought was most likely to have been Jack the Ripper.
