A man lives in a lovely apartment with his wife and daughter. He is obsessed with cleanliness, has strange dreams and struggles with a mystery from his past. In search of his long-lost brother, he visits a building complex in a poor part of town, taking his wife and daughter along. While he is looking for clues, his wife outside finds their daughter is missing. A stranger wearing a dark motorcycle helmet appears, frightening her. As the story unfolds, this stranger keeps popping up, becoming ever more threatening.
