The health of the Calypsonians has deteriorated just like the buildings in Colon City. A Mexican family from Jamaica it's living without stories. Until one day in the middle of this crux, a group of young musicians from dangerous neighborhoods of Panama emerges to lead the recovery of the identity for a whole nation.
