Medea has sacrificed all for the sake of her love of Jason and his quest for the Golden Fleece. For him, she betrayed her own family, murdered her brother, and gave him two sons. Now everything has turned to hate. Jason has betrayed both wife and children. He is taking a royal bride, the daughter of Creon, King of Corinth. Medea is injured, ferocious, full of spite.
