Like an episodic film, Vacation in Miami tries to weave the classic Italian comedy with portraiture, testimony, investigation. From this story emerges is a new gallery of Italians who have fielded resourcefulness, curiosity, risk without indulging in the story of their suffering. Salvatore and Brandi have decided to take a photograph of Italians abroad that is not usual, among vacationers and migrant workers.
