Blown into a Magic Shoppe by a raging rain storm, Harold is desperate for some sunshine to give to a special person. The Wizard has some questionable potion brewing up in his cauldron. The Wizard consults his book of spells. After a few mis-readings and mishaps, Harold accidentally gets his wish and the Wizard goes back to his afternoon snooze with his purring cat.
