Beginning in March, 2010, Paramedic Eugene T. Erlikh noticed something weird in front of his apartment window which faced Lake Erie. The Cleveland resident then took out his video camera, and the world was astonished with what he filmed. These unidentified lights flying above Lake Erie have reportedly been seen by Clevelanders for hundreds of years now, with reports dating back to the 1800s by the Coast Guard.
