EL Stories: Art on Track
The 2012 Art on Track one night only event took place on board a moving six-car CTA Blue Line train where each train car was given to a different local artist group to curate and create the content, all while making stops throughout the night to pick up the two-thousand attendees. The train car produced by noisivelvet presented a live production, and recording, of "EL Stories" by the Waltzing Mechanics, as documented by The Cinema Culture. Audience members were invited to be a part of this documentation by watching the play from the seats of stage, as if they were part of the stories being told.
