"Michael Tyson: The Death of Boxing" is a short film about a troubled boxer that is struggling to connect with the world. Living in isolation in the grimy underground of Las Vegas, Michael constantly trains for a fight that never comes. The fight which he is battling is in his mind. He finds himself unable to punch back at world, dead set on his own destruction. Self medication and a nightmarish past haunt Michael with a demon that finds him in the multicolored motion of the city lights, trapped in the plastic boxing entertainment industry, and in his own mind while he sleeps. Finally given a chance at salvation, Michael must face his biggest fear. Having always ducked, moved, and gotten out of the way of life, Michael will find out what happens when he decides to start punching back.
