After a failed drug bust, where ex rookie partner Tyler Stevens was gunned down. James Tenpenny hires a new partner in rookie street cop Alan Hawks. Tenpenny and crew there after are demoted ranks. After pleading with chief for one more chance. Chief Rob Smitty grants Tenpenny and crew another chance at redemption, by taking down the Hoodlums and the Kingpins Drop in the late night hours. Now it's up to Tenpenny and company to take down both gangs and regain their ranks.
