After seeing a surgeon to have a mole removed from her shoulder, Cathy is less than pleased with the results. Despite the doctor assuring her, she is still recovering and inflammation is common, Cathy decides to take legal action against the surgeon and the hospital. But unfortunately for her, once the judge hears her testimony, her case is thrown out leaving her out thousands of dollars in legal expenses.
