CHOSIN: Baptized by Fire, is an animated short film inspired by the incredible true story of the Chosin Reservoir Campaign of the Korean War. Private First Class Billy French, fresh out of high school, is one of 5,000 Marines sent to war without going to bootcamp. While delivering mail to the grunts of Fox Company, French is trapped in a massive surprise attack launched by the Communist Chinese Army. Facing total annihilation, French must prove his mettle when the company's position is overrun by hordes of enemy troops. The first-ever animated Korean War film, CHOSIN: Baptized by Fire is a part of a larger transmedia franchise, which includes two graphic novels and the award-winning documentary CHOSIN.
