Rucomil
The ministry sends an expert to the mental hospital in order to examine the condition of the patients. The director and the male nurse come up with a plan which would save the hospital. They drug the patients so that they would seem more mentally ill than they really are. And also fill up the hospital with strange relatives and friends to make it look more chaotic. The plan works great until two of the patients undermine their scheming even without having any clue what is going on.
