Dad Named Me
The main protagonist, Lee, meets a father figure, named "Dad," who is supposed to represent his real, biological dad that he never really got to know. Dad takes him through nostalgic memories of Lee and his father in the style of VHS/Camcorder footage, allowing Lee to finally reconcile with his real and loving step father. Inspired by director JayvinDick's own childhood, the story is sure to move you to tears as the director pours his own memories and experiences into the story. Jayvin thoughtfully explores the complicated relationship that one can have both with their biological father, as well as their step father.
