The Teatro Argentino Foundation established the Teatro Argentino Escuela (TAE) within the contemporary Argentine Theatre of La Plata. TAE forms new generations of technicians to ensure the preservation of crafts and entertainment artists in order to produce contemporary shows. The vocational school's goal is to enlarge the pool of talented individuals in creative industries. The school founded its job training and placement program, teaching 586 unemployed youth and adults theatre and production techniques at a minimal cost.
