When Adam, a young delinquent, accidentally sneaks into a neighbor's apartment while stealing a delivery order, he is mistaken for a former student of the recently deceased teacher. Welcomed by the grieving family preparing for the funeral, Adam poses as an old friend of the teacher's son. Now seated at the dinner table, he's invited to share in their final farewell.
