Michael fills in for a co-worker at the last minute on a business trip and finds himself stuck in the last hotel room available in town, a room that is usually never rented out at all because of the resident ghost. While the ghost normally leaves people alone and isn't a problem, there have been some incidents in the past that the hotel staff hasn't been able to find a reason for yet. Michael is about to find out that reason.
