Are You Happy with Pickles the Clown shows the audience how corrupt our political leaders are and asks the question, "Are you happy?" Are we happy being treated like clowns while our political leaders lie to us, giving us crumbs while they grow fat off our taxes? This question is condescending because the answer doesn't matter to them except when they tell us all they've done for us come election time. Our taxes should be spent toward our betterment but instead line the pockets of big corporations while politicians do their bidding.
