Local television producer Dave Shannen is commissioned to shoot a short presentation on Marshall Elias, theater owner, director, playwright, and acting teacher, who made headlines years ago when his theater, The Rosen Community Theater, was subject to repossession by the bank. Well, the foreclosure, for whatever reason, never happened and everyone had just forgotten about it till now in June of 2011. The bank has finally followed up and the Rosen is now slated for repossession and demolition once again. Marshall proclaims he will put on one last great show in the limited amount of time he has left.
