An experimental short film that delves into the intimate lives of eight individuals as they part take in a counseling session to address their problems. While going through the therapy process their troubled lives reveal their deepest pain fears, anger, resentment and joy. There is a strong social stigma attached to mental ill health, and people with mental health problems can experience discrimination not just wider from society, but also from family, friends and employers. Nearly nine out of ten people with mental health problems say that stigma and discrimination have a negative effect on their lives.
