When downsized NYC Investment Salesman, Skip Workman, moves to Florida to join his old Manager, he fancies himself the leader of a team forced together for him. Skip has an agenda to get back to the city, with his out of place fiancée, leaving the new team to do all the work while he reaps the rewards. While often at odds with each other and usually pulling in different directions, the team embarks on some zany adventures in hopes of landing new clients. Skips going to find it a lot more challenging than he realized, and getting back to the city might not happen like he planned.
