A young couple gets more than they bargain for when they purchase a "charming" fixer-upper on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon. What starts as a dream come true slowly twists and turns into a nightmare as Justin and Emily unwittingly awaken a carnivorous fungal entity living under the basement.
