The Taste of Darkness is a French television program produced by CALT and broadcast in 2001 on the channel La Cinquième. It is a televised debate in which two guests are filmed in complete darkness, using infrared cameras, without initially knowing who is facing them. Throughout a dinner, they discuss various topics and their experiences in the dark, accompanied by two hosts: psychoanalyst Gérard Miller and blind journalist Sophie Massieu.
