Unlocking psychic abilities but risking mutation and mental destabilization, Tarra's mission involves taking the dangerous yellow pill to interrogate Chad, a pedophilic criminal linked to human trafficking and a sinister operation called the Flesh Circus. As she relives traumatic memories and tortures Chad, her anger blurs reality and fantasy, culminating in a brutal confrontation with her abuser. Haunted by her past and manipulated by her overseer Brimstone, Tarra discovers that Chad's employer, politician Nathan Birsha, may be orchestrating the trafficking operation.
