Jose Hernandez is an ex-gang member who is in the last stages of establishing himself in society. He just got a new job as a tattoo-removal technician, and he wants to provide for pregnant girlfriend who will soon have their son. But as the pressures of these new responsibilities build, Jose's dark past begins to haunt him and tempt him into leaving it all and returning to his old life.
