Due to a rash of speeding violations in the area, Mango Park Police Sergeant Mike Green decides to set up a speed trap. While enjoying his breakfast, a car speeds past him, prompting the officer into action. When Sgt. Green pulls over the vehicle, he realizes the driver is his long lost brother Patrick.
