The protagonist of the film is Ania, a former student of the Academy of Fine Arts, freegan, performer, member of the Extinction Rebelion organization. Together with his peers, he protests against climate change and takes part in a women's strike. In protests, he deals with de-escalation - that is, limiting violence. "Time for Rebellion" is a documentary, a portrait of contemporary Poland through the eyes of an activist, showing the energy of young people and a huge split in society.
