It is late at night. A famous writer and her husband are traveling to Manhattan for her newest book signing. Suddenly their car dies and luckily it rolls into a auto repair shop. In their quest to get the car fixed, they meet strange and unsavory characters, Fred and Jimbo, who run the garage. By not paying attention, they both unwittingly fall into a trap that she barely escapes from. However, his life is irrevocably changed in an homage to 'The Twilight Zone'.
