A crime/drama set in the once beautiful community of 'Hayes Town' where recently a string of suspected Mob related murders have been taking place. With the police believing it's turf wars between the rival mobs and the mobsters believing the cops are responsible, Inspector Clarke Morris is put in charge of the case and to uncover the real reason behind the murders. However, when he's called to the murder scene of a young woman, Clarke himself is implicated in the crime and against time has to prove himself innocent before being proven guilty.
