Adam Winters has been confined to an all boys disciplinary boarding school for as long as he can remember. After meeting and falling in love with a girl he's met on-line, he plans to escape the school, where resisting discipline is unheard of, without being noticed in order to wish her a happy birthday. In the process of escaping he is detained by the school's Prefects and blacks out while enduring corporal punishment. His escape becomes even more pertinent after he wakes among the unconscious bodies of the prefects. With a new found motivation to both meet the girl he has fallen in love with and save himself, Adam quickly discovers that he's had the means to escape the school in his willpower alone.
