Intrigued by the lifestyles of the women who work the night on the infamous 17th street in deep south Texas, a college film crew arrives to make a documentary so scandalous and revealing, it was almost never release to film-until now! Town mayor Franklin Benson is up for re-election and is desperate for votes. The conniving Caleb Rodriguez, priest of the First Church of the Shepard, who wants to turn the prostitute's bordello into a youth center pressures Benson to call on the police to plant a spy in the ranks of the whores. Leona Guerra, the all powerful madam and her girls face jail time and are forced to live normal lives. The irreplaceable characters prove that some things never change: Sex sells!
