Broken Luck
Tony is an ex-con who drives off in his VW van upon release from prison. Ryan is an escaped mental patient who hitchhikes his way to freedom. Upon seeing Ryan by the side of the road, Tony picks him up. The two begin to talk about their pasts, and in the process, each one flashes back to unpleasant experiences, all while driving down the highway with a pocket full of broken luck.
