Set amidst violent clashes between Hindus and Muslims in the troubled region of Kashmir, India. 11 Weeks is a story of an aged Kashmiri Hindu scientist, living in an old age home. He's developed a hatred towards Muslims following the terrorist bombing of his family. Now, he is forced to tolerate a young Muslim boy who must visit him to serve his community service sentence.
