Ceasar is Puerto Rican, Chuy is Mexican and other reoccurring characters are from a diverse background; including Professor Keele Whitay, Jerome, Rosario, Dhat Ho and Al Powers. Ceasar and Chuy discuss everything from pop culture to politics during their program, and episode after episode they find new ways to doing things wrong, but by the end of the program they end up working out somehow. Some of the most notable character spoofs on the program have been Barack Obama, Hilary Clinton, Walter Mercado and Wilford Brimley.
