1957: Hati Malaya
Hali (Rusdi Ramli), Salmi (Maya Karin), Rafik (Adlin Aman Ramlie), Ani (Sharifah Amani) and Ang Lee (Douglas Lim), represent the young generation of Malaysia who come from different backgrounds and thoughts, trying to publish a picture book 1957 - Hati Malaya. In that search, they found love, friendship, loyalty and understanding the struggle of 1957. They really delved into and embodied the characters and events with full of emotion and took them to the time when the spirit of the Malay people rose up to demand independence - ordinary poor and backward people in British colonial era who wanted to be a first class nation in their own land. They fell in love and found love for the country beyond their personal emotional feelings.
