Cleverly perverting many 007 conventions, Pub Royale is both a homage to and parody of the 60's Bond films. Complete with gadgets he doesn't know how to use, drinks he doesn't have time to finish and plot twists that send him reeling, James Brum agent 021 at least finds his regional accent does little to impede his progress through a twilight world of gambling, treachery and injury to small animals...
