-"La Souris verte" is a black and white television series for young Quebecers (in Canada) broadcast from December 5, 1964 to 1971 on Télévision de Radio-Canada. During the first and second seasons of "La Souris verte", the broadcast was only on Saturdays from 12:00 to 12:30. The host was Claudia Lamarche and the show was intended to be an introduction to kindergarten. A few children participated in the program. The director was Micheline Latulippe. "The Green Mouse" was only represented as a small cloth animal. It will be necessary to wait until the third season for "La Souris verte" to become a character. The program began with a little nursery rhyme called "dix moutons" and sung by 'la souris verte'.
