Buddy Capps is a mild-mannered pizza delivery boy who wants nothing more than to spend his days relaxing with his beloved moped, Bessie. But when Papa Pete's Pizza parlor comes under attack from a rival pizza restaurant, Buddy is forced to hunt down the perpetrators, and restore peace to the pizza industry - with the help of some trusty musical numbers, of course!
