A young girl's life takes a turn of events when a car accident begins a chain of events that ruins her life. Sticken with RSD (chronic arm pain) and disabled for life, she hits rock bottom and contemplates suicide until her friends decide to throw her a Party to boost her spirits, unaware of her intent to kill herself. After they all spend the night on Ecstasy, an ex-girlfriend of hers who once cheated with her ex-boyfriend tries to help her out of her misery.
