George Bush relives the way he made the decision to go to war by appearing on who Wants to be A Trillionaire to raise money to help him give tax cuts, while a little help comes from the audience in the shape of Dick Cheney and the Project for the New American Century. Meanwhile both Saddam and Bin Laden share a drink and look back on their glory days when they were beneficiaries of the CIA and not enemies of the US.
