World War II. In a small mountain village, the priest Vecherko lives in peace with the other villagers. The news comes that the priest in the neighboring village has died. Instead of a dead man, the priest Vecherko finds a partisan. Not after long, the home of father Vecherko turns into a haven for illegal printing press. Tere is an investigation. However, some kids throw a grenade in the investigation headquarters. The conspirator priest manages to sneak out.
