A child plays the violin. From his portrait, his grandmother stares sternly. The child gets tired, and he starts playing with the kitty. And breaks the portrait. A grandmother begins to harass her naughty grandson. She turns into a dog, a woodpecker, a lion. She waves his black umbrella threateningly. The child and the kitty give up. The grandmother returns to the portrait. The child allegedly plays the violin again, but in fact the melody comes from a hidden gramophone.
