His task is to blow up the film studios. But the Bulgarian criminal inspector Lokum Shekerov is at his post. He discovered Jesse's diabolical plan and defused it. Many famous Bulgarian filmmakers participated in this film. Obviously, they had a good time. The parody is not only about certain subjects of films, but also about important state rituals - for example, the constant "detection" of any objects. The parody also goes as far as ideological postulates.
