Princess Ok-ran and Hwalbindang
Lord Hong's son, Gil-dong, born as a child of a concubine, becomes a Robin Hood of his time, resisting against feudal society. He forms a group, Hwalbindang, whose goal is to seize the property of corrupt officials and punish them while granting rights to the poor. The court tries everything within their powers to capture him, but their efforts are in vain. Finally, Gil-dong establishes his own kingdom, Yuldoguk, and rules it as king.
