Two brothers, one is a journalist and the other is a filmmaker, decide to make their own movie. The problem is that they don't have enough means and budget to make one so they start looking for potential producers. One of them is a contractor involved in an illicit scheme that involves a judge, and when the brothers fail to get the money they get involved with the contractor's wife.
