Raj Kumar (Vinod Pande) and Hansa Paranjpe (Anuradha Sawant) are middle aged lovers who secretly meet in a hotel to spend time with each other. Raj Kumar is a newspaper editor hoing through a mid life crisis while the pretty Hansa is a victim of abusive husband whom she has divorced. Raj and Hansa's love affair has remained a secret till now. One night they witness a murder in the next room of their hotel. Raj finds out the murderer is an influential guy and wants to testify in court. But he can't do that as it will mean exposing his own affair plus tarnishing Hansa's name. Will he still do that?
